Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how you can cancel a booking made on Taratirtho and what to expect based on the timing of your cancellation.
How to Cancel
Send your Booking ID (starting with TT- for puja or BH- for bhandara) along with the reason for cancellation to joydipbanerjee95@gmail.com or via WhatsApp / call to +91 95472 48849. Our team will confirm your cancellation within 24 working hours.
Puja Cancellations
48+ hours before scheduled puja: full refund (minus gateway charges). 24-48 hours before: 50% refund. Within 24 hours: non-refundable, since ritual samagri and priest scheduling are already committed.
Bhandara Cancellations
7+ days before Bhandara date: full refund. Between 7 days and 48 hours: 50% refund. Within 48 hours: non-refundable due to bulk food procurement.
Shop / Product Cancellations
Product orders may be cancelled free of cost before shipment. Once shipped, the order can only be returned per the Refund & Return Policy.
Cancellation by Us
If we must cancel a puja due to temple closure, priest illness, or force majeure, we will notify you immediately and provide either a full refund or a rescheduled date at your choice.
Refund Processing
All approved refunds are processed back to the original Razorpay payment method within 5-7 working days.
