Shipping & Delivery Policy
This policy applies to physical spiritual products purchased from the Taratirtho shop and to prasad dispatched after a puja.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 working days. Products energised at Tarapith may take slightly longer during festival seasons (Amavasya, Kaushiki Amavasya, Durga Puja).
Delivery Time
Standard delivery across India: 5-7 working days. Metro cities: 3-5 working days. Remote / North-East locations: 8-10 working days.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping on orders above ₹500. Below ₹500, a flat ₹49 shipping fee applies.
Tracking
Once dispatched, a tracking number is shared over WhatsApp and email. You may also request the tracking status by calling us.
Delays
Any delays due to weather, courier issues or festivals will be communicated to you proactively. Thank you for your patience.
International Shipping
For international deliveries, please contact us for a custom quote. Duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
