Booking Rules
All bookings are subject to temple timings, availability and priest schedule. A booking is confirmed only after payment is successfully received and verified with Razorpay.
Puja Scheduling
We make best efforts to perform your puja on the preferred date and time. In case of unavoidable circumstances (temple closure, weather, priest illness), the puja may be rescheduled with prior intimation to the devotee.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate name, gotra, contact details and address. Incorrect information may affect the sankalp of the puja and delivery of prasad.
Payment Terms
Advance payments are 40% of the total order value; the balance is due before or on the puja/bhandara day. Full payment secures the booking immediately.
Pricing & Taxes
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes / GST (5%) as displayed on the checkout page.
Delivery of Products
Spiritual products are shipped within 3-7 working days. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary by location.
Liability
Taratirtho's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential outcomes attributed to religious rituals.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including temple closures, natural disasters, government orders, or internet outages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts at Birbhum, West Bengal.
