Refund & Return Policy
We strive to make our refund process as fair and transparent as possible. This policy applies to online payments made through Razorpay on this website.
Puja / Havan Refunds
Refund requests raised at least 48 hours before the scheduled puja are eligible for a full refund (minus Razorpay gateway charges of approximately 2-3%). Refund requests within 48 hours are eligible for a 50% refund. Within 24 hours: non-refundable (samagri and priest already committed).
Bhandara Refunds
Bhandara cancellations require 7 days' notice for a full refund. Between 7 days and 48 hours: 50% refund. Within 48 hours: non-refundable due to bulk procurement of raw materials.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 working days to the original Razorpay payment method. UPI refunds are usually instant; card refunds may take 7-10 working days depending on your bank.
Non-Refundable Services
Special sankalp pujas, Kaushiki Amavasya Puja, custom rituals, and completed pujas are non-refundable. Personalised products (framed photos, engraved items) are also non-refundable once produced or shipped.
Product Returns
Physical spiritual products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Refund is processed after receipt & inspection.
Refund by Us
If we cancel a puja due to unforeseen circumstances (temple closure, priest emergency), we will refund 100% of the paid amount or reschedule per your preference.
How to Raise a Refund
Email your Booking ID and reason to joydipbanerjee95@gmail.com or call +91 95472 48849. Our team will confirm eligibility and initiate the refund via Razorpay.
